Nigeria, so many things
have been said about you. You are arguably the most controversial country on
earth, only few people have said something good and great about you.
Your case is just like the
case of the biblical Nazareth- can any good thing come out of Nazareth said the
people, but indeed something great and awesome came out of Nazareth.
You have been shattered
and your name has been dragged in mud. Countries that are supposed to look up
on you, have looked down on you. Even your inhabitants do not believe in you
any longer.
You might not be in the
position you are expected to be right now among your colleagues but I see
greatness coming out from you.
Everything that is happening to you today is
preparing you for the great future you so much deserve.
Those that have once mocked you will all rise
up to praise you again.
Those that have looked
down on you will look up to you again.
You shall rise up to
become the true giant of Africa again.
Corruption and bad
governance shall soon become a story in your land.
“Up NEPA” will no longer
be heard amidst your people.
An end is on its way to Boko
Haram insurgency in your land.
Your schools will regain
its standards.
Your hospitals will no
longer be mortuaries.
Your roads will no longer
be death trap and your churches and mosques will no longer be business centres.
Your inhabitants will be
proud of you again.
I believe in your dream
Nigeria and I know you will rise again!
