Unilever Nigeria recruits Customer care Rep.


Job Description
1.Receiving consumer/customer feedback via mail, manual or toll free line (8am – 5pm)
2.Downloading consumer/customer via toll free line (received after office hrs)
3.Classifying feedback into different categories (complaints i.e. Business, Product or packaging, commendation, enquiry etc)
4.Summing up feedback monthly for circluation
5.Serving as first Contacts to consumer/customer to acknowledge receipt (if it’s a complaint) or get further details


6.Visiting complainants as applicable to retrieve samples
7.Participating in complaints resolution
8.Sending details of feedback to responsible function/person as applicable and obtain action and revert to consumers
9.Carry our Key Distributor/ Distribution Channel warehouse audits where necessary and write reports.
